This unrealized concept design for the auction house Sotheby’s main New Bond Street entrance & public areas proposed radically reorganizing the circulation within their island site & providing a new interior architecture that made sense of the route through the numerous historic building to their St George Street entrance & also up to the 1st Floor Exhibition Galleries & Salerooms.

Unfortunately this project never proceeded but on the strength of it TCA were appointed Masterplanners by Sotheby’s for their entire New Bond Street site (compromising 24 adjacent historic listed buildings) & TCA subsequently designed another major project for them on St George Street.
